Hello! I’m Nzinga Orgill, a passionate advocate for Access, Inclusion, and Equity within the aviation sector. I bring a wealth of expertise with over 18 years of diverse experience in Strategy, Governance, People Change, Data and Analytics, Project Management, Innovation and Automation, and Creative Problem Solving.

I’ve spearheaded many robust Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives within the aviation sector, steering a comprehensive network dedicated to cultivating a culture of inclusivity and belonging for everyone. Working closely with stakeholders at all organisational tiers, from top executives to frontline colleagues, I crafted strategic plans to generate tangible and positive outcomes. This endeavour aimed to promote diversity and establish measurable impacts, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

My leadership has successfully propelled positive changes, particularly in enhancing representation and career progression for individuals from all backgrounds. As a disruptor challenging norms, my initiatives have streamlined organisational efficiency and established enduring practices for a more inclusive and equitable aviation landscape.

  • Nzinga is an ambitious, passionate and influential leader who had led Heathrow Airports BAME Diversity network from being a network no-one knew anything about to a network which had a strategic vision and was proactively leading change in the business, especially at senior levels. BAME diversity is now something the Heathrow Airport Exec talk about, largely down to Nzinga.
